Case Study

Environmental Flow has recently repaired a sewage-package-plant at a rural school that had catastrophically failed just one year after installation due to a lack of maintenance.
An audit of the site was carried out, failed parts identified and the cause of the failure diagnosed.
Unfortunately, no maintenance plan was in place and consequently the air filters had not been changed and seals had perished causing excessive heat and irreparable damage to the air-blower. The replacement parts alone were £2,500 none of which could be claimed back from the manufacturer due to the lack of maintenance.
Environmental Flow Ltd were able to replace all the damaged parts and get the system running correctly again. The school now understands the importance of maintenance and utilises the services of Environmental Flow to keep the system running.
